Customers Visit Our Company for Product Testing and Technical Exchange

Recently, a key customer team from the Middle East visited our technical center for on-site testing and in-depth technical exchange of our main industrial automation control products. This visit not only demonstrated the customer's high level of trust in our product quality and technical services but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.

Accompanied by our technical engineers, the customer team first toured our modern product testing laboratory. The laboratory neatly displays core equipment from leading international brands such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider, including PLC controllers, DCS system modules, and robot drive units. The customer focused on examining the actual operating performance of the MicroLogix series PLCs and the redundancy switching capabilities of the Triconex fault-tolerant control system.

 

During the testing phase, our technical team set up a complete simulated production line control environment. The customer personally operated our 1763-L16BWA controller, using RSLogix 500 software for programming and online debugging. Engineers demonstrated the equipment's high-speed counting function, pulse output response, and EtherNet/IP communication stability in real time. Test results showed that all equipment met or exceeded the customer's expectations, especially the controller's stable performance in a -20°C environment, which won high praise from the customer.

 

During the meeting, the customer representative inquired in detail about product warranty terms, global logistics timeliness, and customized service processes. Our sales and technical team answered the customer's questions regarding pricing requests, logistics cooperation models, and delivery cycles, highlighting our long-term partnerships with international logistics giants such as FedEx and DHL, as well as our global after-sales response mechanism. The customer fully appreciated our one-year warranty commitment and flexible payment methods.
