330703-000-050-10-02-00 is a Bently Nevada eddy current application module featuring a 50mm overall case length and an 11mm sensor tip. Fully compatible with M14x1.5 metric backplanes, this unit works seamlessly with 3300 XL 11mm Proximitor sensors to deliver flexible large-displacement monitoring, a 4.0mm extended linear range, and stable industrial thrust position tracking.
Specifications
Probe Tip Materia:Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
Probe Case Material:AISI 304 stainless steel (SST).
Probe Cable Specification75 Ω triaxial, fluoroethylene propylene (FEP) insulated probe cable in the following total probe lengths: 1, 5 or 9 meters.
Connector Material:Gold-plated brass
Probe Temperature Range:-52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F)
Extension Cable Temperature Range:-52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +351°F)
Proximitor Sensor Temperature Range:
- OperatingTemperature:-52°C to +100°C (-62°F to +212°F)
- Storage Temperature:-52°C to +105°C (-62°F to +221°F)
- Relative Humidity:100% condensing, nonsubmersible when connectors are protected.Tested to IEC 68-2-3 damp heat.
- Probe Pressure:3300 XL probes are designed to seal differential pressure between the probe tip and case. The probe sealing material consists of a Viton O-ring. Probes are not pressure tested prior to shipment. Contact our custom design department if you require a test of the pressure seal for your application.
Installation & Wiring
Mechanical Threading: Thread the M14x1.5 metric probe casing smoothly into the machinery bracket housing until reaching the calculated measurement gap location.
Locknut Tensioning: Torque the supplied 22 mm hex locknut to the recommended 21.1 N•m (187 in•lb) rating to maintain permanent thread engagement under high vibration.
Connector Connection: Interlock the corrosion-resistant, gold-plated male ClickLoc coaxial connector with the female extension cable receptacle until it audibly clicks into place.
Silicone Moisture Sealing: Wrap the golden junction tightly with the supplied self-fusing silicone tape to prevent environmental humidity from degrading signal transmission.
Field Component Wiring: Connect the three-conductor shielded triad field cable to the corresponding Proximitor sensor SpringLoc terminal block strips without using special tools.
