Triconex Digital Output Baseplate
The Triconex Digital Output Baseplate series provides the critical interface for DO series modules, featuring high-current backplane connections and isolated signal routing for reliable safety system operation. These rugged baseplates support 32-channel output modules with 1500V channel isolation, ensuring fail-safe performance in hazardous area applications. Designed for Tricon v10-v11 systems, they enable hot-swappable maintenance through keyed connectors and guided alignment features, minimizing downtime during module replacement.
The series delivers SIL 3 compliant operation with vibration-resistant mounting and corrosion-protected contacts for industrial environments. Integrated diagnostic circuits monitor baseplate health while thermal management features prevent overheating in high-density installations.
