Pulse Input Baseplate
The Triconex Pulse Input Baseplate series provides robust interconnection platforms for PI series modules, featuring precision signal conditioning and isolated channel routing for accurate frequency measurement. These baseplates support 16-channel pulse input modules with 1500V channel-to-channel isolation, maintaining signal integrity in high-noise industrial environments. Designed for Tricon v11 systems, they enable hot-swappable maintenance through guided alignment features and positive-lock connectors. The series offers SIL 3 compliant construction with vibration-resistant mounting suitable for turbine control, compressor monitoring, and safety shutdown systems. Integrated diagnostic LEDs provide real-time module status, while wide-temperature components (-40°C to +70°C) ensure reliability in extreme conditions. These baseplates form the critical interface between speed sensors and TMR safety systems, supporting 5-30V DC inputs with 10kHz frequency response for precise RPM monitoring.
