The Bently Nevada 3300 NSv probe is available in multiple probe case configurations, including armored and unarmored 1/4-28, 3/8-24, M8X1, and M10X1 probe threads, with reverse mount options standard on 3/8-24 or M10X1 threads. All components of the transducer system feature gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors, which securely lock into place to prevent loosening and ensure reliable electrical connections. The probe employs Bently Nevada’s patented TipLoc molding method, providing a strong, durable bond between the probe tip and the probe body. Additionally, the patented CableLoc design offers 220 N (50 lb) of pull strength, firmly securing the probe cable to the probe tip and enhancing system durability. For optimal performance and protection, connector protectors are recommended on both the probe-to-extension cable and cable-to-Proximitor Sensor connections, preventing most liquids from entering the ClickLoc connectors and adversely affecting signal integrity. These features make the 3300 NSv probe highly reliable and robust for industrial machinery monitoring applications.
