Extended Temperature Range Probes and Cables
The Extended Temperature Range (ETR) probes and extension cables are designed to perform reliably in environments where temperatures exceed the standard 177˚C (350˚F) specification. These specialized components allow for broader application flexibility, ensuring accurate monitoring in extreme operating conditions. The ETR probe is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 218˚C (425˚F), while the ETR extension cable is rated for even higher levels, up to 260˚C (500˚F). Both the probe and cable are fully compatible with standard temperature models, allowing seamless integration with existing systems. For example, users can combine an ETR probe with a standard 330130 extension cable without compromising compatibility. The system continues to utilize the reliable 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor as its foundation. However, it is important to note that when an ETR component is used, the overall accuracy of the system is limited to the specifications of the ETR-rated component. This ensures safety, durability, and dependable performance under extreme conditions.
