FS-PDC-IOSET Functional Description
The HONEYWELL FS-PDC-IOSET PDF is a specialized power distribution cable set designed to transfer power at 24 V DC, 48 V DC, or 110 V DC from MB-0001 mains power rails to IO chassis in process control systems. This versatile solution ensures reliable power delivery across multiple voltage levels, supporting efficient operation of industrial automation equipment. This cable set features CC 600 World 4 × 2.5 mm² cabling available in four specific lengths: 33 cm (FS-PDC-IOEP1a), 41 cm (FS-PDC-IOEP2a), 49 cm (FS-PDC-IOEP3a), and 57 cm (FS-PDC-IOIP1a), providing flexibility for various installation configurations. The Honeywell FS-PDC-IOSET incorporates user-friendly connectors including a 2-pole Squeeze To Release type (D-TAB-200-STR) on the bus bar side and low-profile 90° FM5W5 S female housing on the IO chassis side. These design features ensure secure connections while facilitating easy installation and maintenance.
