UR8FV Functional Description   

The UR-8FV Module General Electric is a high-precision CT/VT module designed for the GE Multilin UR Series Universal Relays, providing reliable analog inputs for measuring current and voltage signals from sensors and other devices. It supports three 1A/5A phase CT inputs, one 1A/5A ground CT input, and a four-terminal voltage transformer input, enabling accurate monitoring of AC power lines in industrial and utility applications.

The General Electric versatile and reliable industrial control module UR8FV delivers exceptional measurement accuracy, with ±0.5% FS for current and ±0.2% FS for voltage, across a frequency range of 45–65 Hz. Its compact design allows easy installation and configuration, while its robust construction ensures long-term reliability in demanding operational environments. The module is compatible with standard CT and VT ranges, including 1A or 5A for CT inputs and 115V, 230V, 460V, or 575V for VT inputs.
