3300 NSv Probe Features
The Bently Nevada 3300 NSv probe is available in multiple case configurations, including armored and unarmored versions with 1/4-28, 3/8-24, M8X1, and M10X1 probe threads. The reverse mount version typically features either 3/8-24 or M10X1 threads for versatile installation options. All transducer system components utilize gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors that securely lock in place, preventing loosening during operation. The probe employs Bently Nevada’s patented TipLoc molding, which creates a strong bond between the probe tip and body, enhancing durability. Additionally, the patented CableLoc design provides a robust 220 N (50 lb) pull strength, firmly securing the probe cable to the tip. To protect against moisture and maintain signal integrity, connector protectors are recommended at both the probe-to-extension cable and cable-to-Proximitor Sensor connections. These protectors effectively prevent liquid ingress into the ClickLoc connectors, ensuring reliable electrical performance in demanding environments.
