3300 NSv Probe Features

The 3300 NSv probe is available in multiple probe case configurations, including armored and unarmored designs with 1/4-28, 3/8-24, M8X1, and M10X1 threads. The reverse-mount version of the 3300 NSv probe comes standard with either 3/8-24 or M10X1 threads, allowing for flexible installation in space-constrained applications. All components of the transducer system utilize gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors, which lock securely into place to prevent loosening and ensure reliable electrical connections.

Bently Nevada’s patented TipLoc molding method provides a robust bond between the probe tip and the probe body, enhancing mechanical stability and durability. Additionally, the CableLoc design offers 220 N (50 lb) of pull strength, securely attaching the probe cable to the probe tip and minimizing the risk of disconnection during operation. These features ensure long-term reliability even in harsh industrial environments.

Connector protectors are recommended for use at both the probe-to-extension cable and cable-to-Proximitor Sensor connections. These protectors prevent most liquids from entering the ClickLoc connectors, safeguarding the electrical signal and maintaining consistent performance. Together, these innovations make the 3300 NSv probe a precise, durable, and dependable solution for monitoring shaft vibration and position in critical rotating machinery.
