3300 XL 50 mm Proximitor Sensor Upgrade Compatibility

The Bently Nevada 3300 XL 50 mm probe is designed with three case and thread configurations, allowing it to physically replace all standard 7200 50 mm systems, including side and rear exit probes. Standard 7200-style mounting brackets remain available as accessories, and a new bracket has been developed to adapt the probe to the 50 mm DE Integral transducer sliding mount base. The Proximitor Sensor delivers a 0.394 V/mm (10 mV/mil) output, identical to the 7200 and 50 mm DE Integral systems, enabling customers to upgrade without any modifications to their existing monitor configurations. For a complete system upgrade, all transducer components—including the probe, extension cable, and Proximitor Sensor—must be replaced with corresponding 3300 XL 50 mm components. This ensures seamless integration, consistent performance, and reliable monitoring of shaft position and vibration in industrial and power generation machinery, providing a straightforward path for modernizing legacy systems while maintaining operational continuity.
