Seamless System Upgrade with Bently Nevada 3300 XL 50 mm Probes
The Bently Nevada 3300 XL 50 mm probe system offers complete backward compatibility for upgrading legacy 7200 series installations, available in three case configurations to replace all standard 7200 50 mm probes including side and rear exit versions. These probes maintain identical 0.394 V/mm (10 mV/mil) output characteristics as the 7200 and 50 mm DE Integral systems, ensuring monitor compatibility without requiring configuration changes. The system supports existing 7200 mounting brackets while introducing new adapters for 50 mm DE Integral sliding mount bases. When transitioning from older systems, customers must replace all transducer components (probe, extension cable, and Proximitor Sensor) with corresponding 3300 XL 50 mm versions to ensure optimal performance. This comprehensive upgrade solution combines the advanced reliability of 3300 XL technology with the mechanical compatibility of previous generations, providing industrial facilities with an efficient path to modernize their vibration monitoring capabilities while preserving existing infrastructure investments.
