Extended Temperature Range Applications
The Extended Temperature Range (ETR) probe and ETR extension cable are specifically designed for applications where operating conditions exceed the standard 177˚C (350˚F) temperature limit. The ETR probe is engineered to withstand temperatures up to 218˚C (425˚F), while the ETR extension cable can operate reliably in environments reaching 260˚C (500˚F). Both components maintain full compatibility with standard temperature probes and cables, allowing flexible configurations such as pairing an ETR probe with a 330130 extension cable. The system continues to utilize the standard 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor, ensuring consistency across installations. It is important to note, however, that when any ETR component is integrated into the system, the overall accuracy is defined by the ETR component itself. With this capability, the ETR probe and extension cable provide a dependable solution for high-temperature environments, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.
