Enhanced Performance for High-Temperature Environments
The extended temperature range (ETR) components are specifically designed to handle demanding industrial conditions where standard proximity systems may fail. The ETR probe can withstand temperatures up to 218˚C (425˚F), making it ideal for applications with elevated thermal exposure.
For even higher temperature demands, the ETR extension cable supports environments reaching up to 260˚C (500˚F). These components are fully compatible with standard temperature probes and cables, allowing flexible integration. For instance, an ETR probe can be paired with a standard 330130 extension cable without issue.
Although the ETR system utilizes the standard 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor, it’s important to note that system accuracy will be limited to the ETR component’s specifications. Still, ETR configurations offer robust and reliable performance for high-temperature machinery monitoring, ensuring long-term stability and durability.
