Extended Temperature Range (ETR) System for High-Temperature Applications
The Bently Nevada ETR system is designed for environments where standard 8mm proximity probes exceed the temperature limit of 177°C (350°F). Its key features include:
Enhanced Temperature Rating: The ETR probe withstands up to 218°C (425°F), while the dedicated extension cable is rated for 260°C (500°F).
Backward Compatibility: ETR components remain compatible with standard probes and cables (e.g., 330130 extension cable) for flexible system integration.
System Consideration: When any ETR component is used, the entire measurement system operates within the ETR's specified accuracy limits, ensuring reliable monitoring in extreme conditions.
