Enhanced Mechanical Design of 3300 XL Probes and Cables

A patented TipLoc molding process creates an exceptionally robust bond between the probe tip and its body, significantly enhancing the assembly's mechanical integrity. Furthermore, the probe cable features the innovative CableLoc design, which provides a remarkable 75 pounds of pull strength to securely maintain the connection between the cable and the probe tip, preventing accidental disconnections. For applications involving oil-lubricated machinery, an optional FluidLoc cable variant is available. This specialized design effectively prevents oil and other process liquids from migrating along the cable's interior, thereby sealing the conduit and preventing fluid leakage from the machine casing. These collective improvements result in a more durable and reliable transducer system that minimizes maintenance needs and extends service life, while the FluidLoc option specifically addresses persistent oil leakage issues, enhancing operational safety and environmental protection.
