Advancements in the 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor Design
The 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor represents a significant evolution from previous models, incorporating key enhancements that improve both installation flexibility and operational reliability. Its compact physical design supports high-density DIN-rail installations while remaining backward-compatible with traditional panel-mount configurations, sharing the same four-hole mounting footprint as earlier sensors. The sensor demonstrates superior immunity to radio frequency interference (RFI/EMI), enabling safe installation in fiberglass enclosures even in RF-rich environments. Further simplifying field wiring, the SpringLoc terminal strips eliminate screw-type clamps, ensuring secure connections without specialized tools.
