Robust Design of 3300 XL Proximity Probe and Cable
The 3300 XL proximity probe and extension cable incorporate significant design enhancements for superior mechanical integrity and environmental sealing. A key innovation is the patented TipLoc molding process, which creates an exceptionally robust bond between the probe tip and its body, greatly improving overall durability. Furthermore, the cable assembly features the patented CableLoc design, engineered to withstand a pull strength of 330 N (75 lbf), ensuring the cable remains securely attached to the probe tip even in high-vibration environments. For challenging applications where fluid ingress is a concern, an optional FluidLoc cable is available. This specialized option effectively prevents oil and other process liquids from wicking along the cable's interior, thereby eliminating a potential leak path and protecting the machine's integrity. These collective improvements make the 3300 XL system a more reliable and maintenance-friendly solution for critical machinery monitoring.
