Extended Temperature Range Probe and Cable Solution
The Extended Temperature Range (ETR) Probe and Extension Cable are engineered for demanding applications where temperatures may surpass the standard 177 °C (350 °F) specification. The ETR Probe is designed to handle temperatures up to 260 °C (500 °F) for its lead and connector, though the probe tip itself must stay below 177 °C (350 °F) to maintain performance. Similarly, the ETR Extension Cable supports continuous operation up to 260 °C (500 °F). Both ETR components seamlessly integrate with standard temperature probes and cables, allowing combinations such as pairing an ETR probe with a 330130 extension cable. These solutions operate with the standard 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor, ensuring installation flexibility. However, it’s important to note that incorporating any ETR component sets the overall system accuracy to that of the ETR specification, ensuring reliable measurements even in elevated temperature environments.
