Signal Concentrator Board
The ABB Signal Concentrator Board series provides high-density signal conditioning and data aggregation for industrial automation systems. These robust boards feature multi-channel processing for analog (4-20mA, 0-10V, RTD) and digital (24V DC) signals with ±0.1% accuracy and 1500V reinforced isolation. Designed for harsh environments, they operate in -25°C to +70°C temperatures with 5-100Hz vibration resistance. The series supports Ethernet (10/100Mbps) and fieldbus protocols for seamless PLC integration, enabling real-time data concentration from up to 32 channels. Compact DIN-rail designs with removable terminals (0.2-2.5mm²) simplify installation while ≤6W power consumption ensures energy efficiency. Ideal for motor control, process monitoring, and distributed I/O applications requiring reliable signal aggregation in manufacturing and energy sectors.
