Main Processor Baseplate
The Triconex Main Processor Baseplate series provides the critical foundation for TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) safety systems, designed to securely house and interconnect MP3000/MP2000 processor modules. These rugged baseplates feature high-density backplane connectors and precision alignment guides to ensure proper module seating and signal integrity in harsh industrial environments. The series supports hot-swappable maintenance without system shutdown, with LED status indicators for quick visual diagnostics of processor health and communication status.
Engineered for SIL 3 safety systems, the baseplates facilitate triple-channel communication between processors and I/O modules while providing vibration-resistant mounting. Their corrosion-resistant construction withstands demanding conditions in offshore, power generation, and chemical processing applications.
