Vibration Transmitter
The vibration transmitter system combines robust features to deliver precise and dependable machinery monitoring. Its integrated Proximitor Sensor eliminates the need for separate units, while non-isolated “PROX OUT” and “COM” terminals plus a coaxial connector offer dynamic vibration and gap voltage outputs for streamlined diagnostics. The device incorporates non-interacting zero and span potentiometers beneath the label for straightforward loop adjustments, alongside a test input pin enabling quick verification of loop signals via a function generator. A power-up inhibit circuit effectively counters signal errors from voltage transients, and the Not OK/Signal Defeat function prevents false alarms caused by probe faults or loose connections. Designed for flexibility, it comes with DIN-rail clips or bulkhead screws for easy mounting and features potted construction to endure environments with up to 100% condensing humidity. Fully compatible with 3300 NSv proximity probes, it suits tight installations often found in centrifugal air compressors.
