What TB521-ETH Does

ABB TB521-ETH is the AC500 terminal base for one processor module and two communication modules. It provides the Ethernet RJ45 connection associated with the processor and carries the I/O bus, COM1, COM2 and fieldbus-neutral FBP interfaces documented for TB5x1 bases. A removable five-pole spring terminal block connects 24 V DC. The I/O bus supports direct attachment of up to ten expansion modules.
