Actuator Driver Module


The actuator driver module receives digital instructions from the CPU and converts them into four proportional control signals, with output ranges of 0-25 mA DC or 0-200 mA DC. The module acquires output values ​​via the VME bus interface and stores them in a dual-port memory, where the microcontroller performs real-time calibration and scheduling based on calibration parameters stored in the EEPROM. The microcontroller synchronously monitors the output voltage and current status of each channel, diagnosing and alarming for channel and load faults. The system supports individually disabling each current driver. When the module or system detects a fault affecting operation, a fault indicator light will illuminate.
