The IS220PDOAH1BC GE Discrete Output Pack is a discrete output I/O module designed for the Mark VIe Series, providing precise and reliable control in GE Distributed Gas Turbine Control Systems. It serves as the electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and a discrete output terminal board, enabling seamless communication and control. The MARK VIe MODULE General Electric IS220PDOAH1BC features a common processor board along with an acquisition board tailored for discrete output functions, supporting up to 16 sourcing channels with solid-state MOSFET outputs.
Operating on 24 V DC (±10%) and consuming a maximum of 5 W, the General Electric Connector Relay Terminal Board IS220PDOAH1BC can handle 0.5 A continuous current per channel and 2 A peak, with a load voltage range of 12–48 V DC. The module provides 1500 V AC isolation for safe operation and includes visual diagnostics through indicator LEDs, along with local serial diagnostics via an infrared port.
The IS220PDOAH1BC GE SPEEDTRONIC MARK VIe is compatible with multiple discrete output terminal boards, including TRLY and SRLY types, while supporting simplex, dual, and TMR network configurations. Output is delivered through a DC-37 pin connector directly interfacing with the associated terminal board, ensuring robust and accurate switching.
Designed for industrial durability, the IS220PDOAH1BC GE Fanuc Mark VI PLC Module Speedtronic Control Card operates within -40°C to +70°C, can be stored between -50°C and +85°C, and tolerates humidity of 5–95% RH (non-condensing).
