Enhanced Reliability with Advanced Connection and Bonding Technology
The Bently Nevada probe system integrates several patented technologies to ensure long-lasting durability and reliable signal transmission in demanding environments. The ClickLoc connectors are engineered to lock firmly into place, preventing accidental loosening and maintaining secure connections throughout operation. To enhance structural integrity, the patented TipLoc molding method provides a strong and stable bond between the probe tip and the probe body, ensuring consistent performance even under mechanical stress. In addition, the unique CableLoc design delivers 220 N (50 lb) of pull strength, securely fastening the probe cable to the probe tip for added reliability. To further safeguard the system, connector protectors are recommended at both the probe-to-extension cable connection and the cable-to-Proximitor Sensor connection. These protectors minimize the risk of liquid ingress into the ClickLoc connectors, which could otherwise compromise the electrical signal. Together, these innovations significantly reduce maintenance needs and enhance the overall dependability of the system.
