3300 XL 8mm Proximity Transducer System
The Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8mm Proximity Transducer System integrates three essential components: an 8mm probe, extension cable, and Proximitor sensor. This advanced eddy-current system produces voltage outputs that directly correspond to the distance between the probe tip and target surface, enabling precise measurement of both static position and dynamic vibration parameters.
Engineered for fluid-film bearing machinery applications, the system delivers comprehensive monitoring capabilities including vibration analysis, position detection, Keyphasor referencing, and speed measurement. The standard 5-meter configuration demonstrates full compliance with API 670 standards, meeting rigorous requirements for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability.
A key advantage of this system is its complete component interchangeability, allowing probes, cables, and sensors to be freely exchanged without requiring individual matching or bench calibration procedures.
