PROXIMITY PROBES OVERVIEW
Proximity probes are non-contact vibration sensors that measure displacement and position of rotating machinery components using eddy current technology. These industrial-grade transducers typically consist of three main elements: a probe, extension cable, and proximitor (oscillator/demodulator).
