T9432 Functional Description 

The ICS T9432 Analog Input Module is a sophisticated analog input module that features 16 isolated analog input channels. These channels are specifically designed to accurately measure input current within the range of 0 mA to 24 mA, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial sensors and transmitters that output current signals. Each of the 16 channels on this T9432 Analog Input Module is capable of providing both digital status information and precise analog data to the system's processor. 

A notable feature of the ICS T9432 is the flexibility it offers in terms of input configuration. Each of the 16 inputs has five configurable voltage bands. These bands, along with eight distinct switching thresholds that allow for hysteresis, can be adjusted through the AADvance Workbench software. This configurability enables sophisticated line monitoring, allowing the system to detect not only the state of the field device but also to diagnose potential issues with the wiring or the device itself.

As an integral part of the ICS Triplex Programmable Logic Controller model, this ICS Analog Input Module is designed with comprehensive diagnostic capabilities at both the system and the module level. The module features front panel LEDs that provide local status indications for both the module as a whole and each of the individual channels. These indications can also be mapped to application variables and viewed within the Workbench software, providing operators with real-time insights into the module's operational status.
