The Control Processor Chassis FC-CPCHAS-0003 Honeywell is a dedicated controller chassis designed specifically to house Control Processor modules for the Safety Manager system. Each Safety Manager unit incorporates one controller chassis, typically installed at the top position within the control cabinet, with I/O chassis mounted below. This layout facilitates organized system architecture and efficient maintenance.
The FC-CPCHAS-0003 Control Processor modules features a robust 19-inch controller housing that is open at the front and covered at the back, allowing easy installation and removal of processor modules. Control Processor modules slide into the chassis from the front, guided by top and bottom module guides to ensure secure positioning. Modules are firmly locked in place using quarter-turn fasteners positioned below the module grips.
Designed for both redundant and non-redundant controller setups, the Honeywell FC-CPCHAS-0003 Iveonet QMR Chassis supports an input voltage of 24 VDC and provides an output voltage of 5 VDC to connected modules.
