IS200VSVOH1B Functional Description
The IS200VSVOH1B GE Mark VI Printed Circuit Board is a VME Servo Control Board designed for Mark VI Speedtronic turbine systems, specializing in precise valve control for gas/steam turbine operations. This critical component manages four electro-hydraulic servo valves through LVDT position feedback and pulse rate flow inputs, ensuring accurate fuel/steam regulation. Compatible with both simplex and triple redundant (TMR) configurations, the GE Mark VIe Series IS200VSVOH1B VME Servo Control Panel enhances system reliability in power generation applications.
Featuring a single-slot VME design, the VSVO Servo Control Board General Electric IS200VSVOH1B includes a front panel with J5 connector and three LED indicators (RUN-green, FAIL-red, STATUS-orange). Its PCB integrates six connectors (P1-P6), four relays (K1-K4), and 70+ ICs, protected by conformal coating for industrial durability. The board supports LVDT excitation and valve positioning, with Group 1 Mark VI compatibility and B-revision hardware for optimized performance.
In TMR systems, the General Electric IS200VSVOH1B VME Communication Interface Card synchronizes with TSVO/DSVO terminal boards to distribute valve control across redundant channels. Its pulse rate inputs (via P3-P6 traces) and relay-driven outputs ensure fault-tolerant operation, while status LEDs provide real-time diagnostics. This design aligns with GE’s Speedtronic technology, offering backward compatibility with legacy Mark VI upgrades.
As a cornerstone of turbine control automation, the IS200VSVOH1B Mark VI Printed Circuit Board delivers millimeter-precise valve modulation for steam/fuel systems. Its robust architecture—including 10 inductor beads (L1-L10) and test points (TP)—makes it ideal for high-vibration environments. With Ethernet-enabled Mark VI integration, this board remains vital for efficient, safe turbine management worldwide.

Digital Servo Regulators
The Digital Servo Regulators n = 1-4 divide the servo regulators into software and hardware components of the control loop. Users can choose the servo feedback from LVDT and pulse rate inputs. The LVDT input is a 3.2KHz sinusoidal signal, with its magnitude corresponding to the position of the electromechanical valve managed by the servo output. The pulse rate input is a TTL-type signal or another periodic signal that triggers a comparator input. An FPGA on the VSVO counts the transitions of the comparator output and translates them into a flow rate. For LVDT feedback, LVDT1 - 12 are scaled and conditioned within the Digital regulator's Position Feedback function, and they can also be independently conditioned by a separate Monitoring function. An asterisk following a block name indicates that there is a more detailed graphic available to clarify the block's function. All VSVO signal space I/O is designated as si for system input, meaning the controller reads the signal space variable from the servo card, or so for system output, indicating the controller writes the signal space variable to the servo card. Italicized text refers to a configuration parameter that can be modified by the Toolbox to change the operation of the VSVO. The Variable Name is an internal variable that is not visible to the user through the Toolbox.
