Channel Control Unit
The Channel Control Unit series provides advanced signal conditioning and distributed I/O capabilities for industrial automation systems. These rugged units feature multi-channel processing for both analog (0-10V, 4-20mA) and digital (24V DC) signals with ±0.1% accuracy and galvanic isolation. Designed for harsh environments, they operate in -25°C to +70°C temperatures with vibration resistance up to 5-100Hz. The series supports various wire gauges (0.2-2.5mm²) and offers configurable range scaling, alarm thresholds, and LED diagnostics. With modular DIN-rail designs and support for PROFIBUS/Modbus protocols, these units enable flexible system integration while reducing wiring complexity in manufacturing, energy, and process control applications. Their high-density I/O (up to 32 channels) and <1ms response times ensure precise real-time control for critical operations.
