ACS800 EconoPACK+ IGBT Modules with TIM Foil Technology
The ABB ACS800 EconoPACK+ IGBT modules feature advanced TIM (Thermal Interface Material) foil technology, replacing traditional thermal grease to enhance heat transfer and reliability in power electronics applications.
